February, 2006 Volunteered as part of a dental team to treat patients who survived Hurricane Katrina.
While there, made arrangements to treat Louisiana State Police.
January, 2006 Assigned to National Command Staff
September, 2005 Organized and served as Incident Commander, for Mass Disaster Training Drill with
United States Army, United States Coast Guard, Suffolk County Police Marine and
Aviation Units, 2nd Medical Corps, 14th Brigade New York Guard,
Fire Department and Ambulance Corps participating.
Completed training and passed examination to receive Homeland Security
Identification Card for Weapons of Mass Destruction Awareness.
August, 2005 Promoted to Brigadier General, Assigned as Deputy Commander, 2nd Medical Brigade.
April, 2005 Commissioned as Officer in the United States Disaster Relief Command with the rank
of Colonel and assigned as Chief of Staff, 2nd Medical Brigade.
